Description
Cute green and yellow enamel earrings with a flower pattern these oval shaped drop earrings are on silver ear wires. Light and comfortable to wear all day long and adding a pop of colour to any outfit.
Size: 12.8mm wide, 19mm long, overall length from top of ear wire 32mm.
How they were made: The shaped and prepared copper is enamelled by applying powdered glass and kiln firing at temperatures of up to 800 degrees Celsius. This fuses the glass to the metal to form the vitreous enamel. Several layers of enamel are applied and fired to achieve the depth of colour and pattern required. The reverse of the earrings have been polished to allow the copper to shine through. After the earrings are cleaned and polished the handmade silver ear wires are attached.
My makers mark is held at the London assay office and any silver piece of 7.78g and greater will be hallmarked.
Ready to dispatch in 1-3days wrapped in tissue and packed in a box tied with a ribbon.
