Stock Items – are dispatched in 1-3 working days. If for any reason a delay is anticipated I will contact the customer to inform them.
Made to Order items – are generally dispatched within 5-10 working days however this is dependent on material availability and the need to hallmark etc. A more accurate dispatch time is given in the individual items product description.
Delivery within the UK is via Royal Mail 1st Class, and depending on their value of the jewellery your are buying, the ideal service will be selected this ensures they are covered by Royal mail insurance . Item up to £20 are sent via standard 1st Class, over £20 by 1st Class ‘Signed for’ delivery and over £50 by Tracked 48hr. Express delivery is an option using Tracked 24hr if an alternative service is required please contact me to discuss.
International deliveries – currently I am not offering this service.
I pack items in small cardboard boxes within either posting boxes or padded envelopes depending on the size of the item. If you require any special packaging for example gift wrap, gift tags or wish to send direct to a recipient of a gift simple select these options as you check out.
